Examinations & Unit Tests

Process of Examinations

Examinations and unit test are compulsory for all students. The details of examinations and unit tests for Classes I to X are already given under C C E.

The students of Class XI, under normal condition, will have two examinations, one at the end of each semester, normally in September (First Semester Exam) and in March (Second Semester Exam). The first semester will have only one unit test but, the second semester will have two.

XII Class students will have three full fledged examinations and two unit tests in an academic year. Both the unit tests will be conducted in the first semester. The examinations are First Semester Examination, conducted in September at the end of first semester, Second Semester, conducted in December, and the Pre-Board, in January.

For all examinations we follow C B S E Curriculum and Pattern of Questions.

Students who are absent from examination for any reason will not be re-examined .If a pupil is not able to appear for whole examination for valid reasons his/her case will be considered on the strength of the year's record. In case a student is found using unfair means in an examination, he/she will be awarded zero for that paper and will be debarred from appearing for the rest of the examinations. Repetition of the same offence will result in dismissal.
