St. Mary's Inter College receives no Government or private aid and the fees realized from the students is the only source of revenue. To keep up with the rising costs and salary, fees are adjusted from time to time. School fees are payable for all 12 months.
Quarterly Fees payable are shown on the bank challans in detail, with the bifurcation. Quarterly fees are payable at the Bank of India, St. Mary's School Branch, Etawah, from 1 to 20 of every month between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, except on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Those who do not pay the fees on time will be charged a fine of Rs.25/- per month. All accounts for the Semesters must be settled in full before the beginning of the examination. If the accounts are not satisfactorily balanced the pupils will not be allowed to appear for the examination and their names will struck off the rolls. A fine of Rs. 20/- will be levied for a duplicate fee book. Fees for the board examination are to be paid separately. Parents will kindly ensure the safe custody of the receipts issued to them as proof of having made the payment. School fees can also be paid at the School fee counter on school working days.
